National Speaker Association Testimonial
On August 16th, 2002 Eric de Groot received the NSA Georgia President's Award for his outstanding services as the Director of Technology for the Chapter. In 2002-2003 De Groot is serving on the NSA Georgia Executive Board in the capacity of Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations.
Dear Eric:
Congratulations on the role you played in helping to create the award-winning NSA Georgia! Receiving the M.O.R.E Award from National Speakers Association at the Annual Convention in front of 2000 speakers identifies us as the chapter with the most “best practices.” Now all 38 chapters look toward NSA Georgia as a blueprint for success.
The role you played in NSA Georgia as Director of Technology was a major one in helping us achieve this goal. For that reason, it is my pleasure to present you with the President's Award for 2001-2002. You were instrumental in bringing to life the new website for NSA Georgia. Hours and hours of your time... day and night... allowed this new and exciting site to become a reality.
You continue to bring new ideas and to make new contributions that are valued by both the Board of Directors and the membership. This was evidenced by your nomination for the coveted “Member of the Year Award.” On behalf of NSA Georgia and me, thank you, for all you've done to make this an award-winning team. Eric, personally, I can't thank you enough for the time, commitment, energy, expertise and skills you have exhibited and so freely given to NSA Georgia and it's Board of Directors. No wonder your clients rely on you when they want hand on experience, energetic performance and global views.
As you now begin your second term on the Board of Directors as Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations for 2002-2003, I have no doubt that your vision and dedication will continue the tradition of greatness that was started so long ago before us. This award-winning chapter is fully committed to voicing the art and value of experts who speak professionally. Thank you, Eric, for helping us to reach our goals and to realize our theme of “Let's Get Visible.” Together, we did just that on a National level.
